Residential Air Source Heat Pump Features
(1) The air source heat pump system is a combination of cold and
heat sources. There is no need to set up a special freezer room or
boiler room. The unit can be placed on the roof or the ground at
will, without occupying the effective use area of he building. The
construction and installation is very simple.
(2) The air source heat pump system has no cooling water system, no
cooling water consumption, and no power consumption of the cooling
water system. In addition, there have been many reports of
Legionella infections caused by cooling water pollution. From the
perspective of safety and hygiene, considering air source heat
pumps also has obvious advantages.
(3) Air source heat pump system Because the boiler is not needed,
the corresponding boiler fuel supply system, dust removal system
and flue gas emission system are not needed, the system is safe and
reliable, and has no pollution to the environment.
(4) Air source heat pump The cold (hot) water unit adopts modular
design. It does not need to set up a standby unit. During the
operation, the computer automatically controls and adjusts the
running status of the unit to make the output power adapt to the
working environment.
(5) The performance of air source heat pumps will vary with outdoor
climate changes.
(6) In places where the outdoor air temperature in the north of
China is low, an auxiliary heater is required due to insufficient
heat supply in the winter of the heat pump.
Project Overview:
The project is located in Jiangjun Road, Licheng District, Jinan
City, Shandong Province, with a construction area of approximately
67,000 m2, apratment buildings are energy-saving buildings. The
project is a residential renovation project, and the heat station
is added later. It was successfully built before the heating season
in 2014. Up to now, the whole heat station has been running well
and stable. The average room temperature has reached 23°C or above.
The average power consumption per unit area in the heating season
is about 25 kwh. According to the calculation of the raw coal that
is generally used by users, the annual coal savings can be about
1,168 tons.
The air source heat pump heating system could reduces SO2 by about
20 tons, reduces CO2 by about 2,100 tons, and reduces coal ash and
slag emissions by about 350 tons per year.
